 ABSTRACT 

Public Speaking is one of the soft skills which is a strategy to prepare the character of class The activity began with joint training inviting guest teachers from the Surya Training Group. The results of the training are used to provide competency tests for students. Implementation of training at the beginning of the even semester of class XII. After carrying out the training, students have the opportunity to practice public speaking in each competency test preparation practice project. The most important thing is the formation of the hotelier character of the students and they are better prepared to carry out competency tests, evaluated together by LSP competency test assessors at the activity location with the direction of the Surya Training Center to obtain input for the implementation of activities in the next period.
